Date: Lessons commence week of Sept.8, 2008

Ages: 4 & up (having completed Piano Prep class)
Sessions: 32 weeks (includes 5 Group Lessons)

Tuition: $850.00 / year
Registration Fee: $50.00 to be applied to tuition (non-refundable)
Payment: - 1 cheque
            or - 2 cheques (Sept.1 & Jan.1)
            or - 10 post-dated cheques
                  (dated the 1st of the month)

Date: Lessons commence week of Sept.8, 2008

A non-refundable cheque of $50.00 must accompany all Registration forms, the remainder of the tuition due at the first class (exception of Prenatal Classes).

Participants will be required to give thirty(30) days written notice if they choose to withdraw from all classes (with the exception of the Prenatal Classes). Subject to this notice period, any Tuition balance will be refunded with the exception of the registration fee. Missed classes on the part of the Participant will not be refunded for the:
Baby /toddler or Preschool Classes
Piano Prep and Piano Classes
(There will be one make up lesson per term for Piano Prep and Piano class, at a time suitable to both parties) Any lessons cancelled on the part of the instructor will be refunded
